At Study Electronics Online, we want students to be confident in their purchase. We understand that sometimes a course may not be the right fit for a particular learner.

Eligible Refund Requests

Refunds may be approved when:

• The request is submitted within seven (7) days of purchase.
• No more than twenty percent (20%) of the course content has been accessed.
• The student is unable to access the course due to a verified technical issue that cannot be resolved.
• A duplicate purchase was made accidentally.

Non-Eligible Refund Requests

Refunds generally will not be provided when:

• More than twenty percent (20%) of the course content has been accessed.
• The refund request is submitted more than seven (7) days after purchase.
• The student simply changes their mind after substantial use of the course.
• The student has completed quizzes, assignments, worksheets, or significant portions of the training.
• The account has violated the Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us and include:

• Your full name
• Email address used during purchase
• Date of purchase
• Course purchased
• Reason for the refund request

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed within ten (10) business days. The actual time required for funds to appear may depend upon your payment provider, credit card company, bank, or payment processor.

Course Access After Refund

Upon approval of a refund, access to the applicable course, downloads, worksheets, quizzes, and related materials will be terminated.
