How do I access my course after purchase?

After purchasing a course or package, log in using the username and password you created during checkout. Your purchased course content will be available from your membership account and course access page.

How long do I have access to my course?

Each course or training package includes 12 months of access from the date of purchase.

Are the courses self-paced?

Yes. All courses are self-paced and can be completed on your own schedule during your membership access period.

Do I need special software?

No special software is required. The courses run directly in your web browser. A desktop computer, laptop, or tablet is recommended for the best learning experience.

Can I use a phone to take the courses?

The courses may display on a phone, but a phone is not recommended as the primary learning device. The course content is detailed and graphics-heavy, so a computer or tablet will provide a much better learning experience.

Do the courses include quizzes?

Yes. Each course includes module quizzes to help reinforce learning and review important concepts.

Do I need prior electronics experience?

Prior experience is not required for the Electronics Fundamentals Series. Students who are new to electronics should begin there before moving into RF Electronics or IoT training.

What if I forget my password?

Use the Lost Password link on the login page to reset your password. For security reasons, Study Electronics Online cannot view or recover your password.

Can Study Electronics Online tell me my password?

No. Passwords are securely stored by WordPress and cannot be viewed by site administrators. If you forget your password, you must use the password reset process.

What payment methods are accepted?

Do you offer refunds?
